Address the cause, not the symptom.
Most dog products on the shelf do one thing well and miss the bigger picture. We build daily-use products that fix what's actually going wrong, one body system at a time.
Pawley started with a question we heard over and over from owners: "I've tried every shampoo, every spray, three different chews. Why is my dog still scratching?"
The honest answer was that every product on the shelf was treating one part of a multi-pathway problem. Topicals don't reach the cells releasing histamine. Generic skin-and-coat chews don't pair botanical anti-histamines with omega correctives. Prescription drugs suppress the signal but don't resolve the cause.
We didn't want to make another product. We wanted to make a different category: daily, at-home, root-cause first. Naturally derived where it makes sense, evidence-based always, and dosed at levels that actually do the work.
"If a product is going to live on your dog every day, it has to earn that place. It has to do the job, and it has to be safe enough to give them for the rest of their life."
What we will not do
No proprietary blends
Every active is named on the label, with its dose. If we don't print it, we didn't put enough in.
No isoxazolines
The class behind Bravecto, NexGard, Simparica. Documented neurological adverse-event signal from the FDA. We don't use them anywhere.
No weekly upsells
Daily-use products built to last 30, 60, 90 days, or 12 months. We make our money on dogs who stay subscribed because the product works.
No fake claims
If a study didn't actually happen, we don't cite it. If a vet didn't sign off, we don't quote them. If 10,000 people didn't actually buy, we don't say it.
No filler protein
Soft chews and treats use real beef as the flavor base. No corn, soy, or wheat sneaking in to bulk things up.
No locked subscriptions
Cancel any time, in two clicks, no support ticket required. If your dog doesn't need the product anymore, that's a win for them and us.
Who builds this
Our team is small on purpose. A veterinary toxicologist who used to consult for the FDA's Center for Veterinary Medicine. A polymer engineer who designed slow-release biodegradable systems for ag chemistry before joining us. A herbalist with twenty years in canine wellness formulation.
We don't have a marketing team larger than the formulation team. We don't run a thousand SKUs. Each Pawley product has been through twelve to eighteen months of internal testing before it goes near a customer's dog.
And every customer email goes to a real person, in Colorado, who reads it the same day.
